Company Founder
Karen Wolters, RN is the founder of HealthLight. She has a lengthy and diverse experience in the medical and health care fields. Company Founder
Bob is a 25 year veteran executive and entrepreneur who has created and grown a number of companies by providing superior value to partners and customers. An early pioneer in the growing LED Light Therapy field, Bob has a strong belief in its power to provide pain relief, improved circulation and better lives to many people.
Don Baldwin
CEO
Don has over 30 years a as senior financial manager for small and midsized companies, with a specialty in medical devices and regulatory compliance. International experience in financial reporting, detailed financial analysis and overall financial and operational management.
Jonathan Stewart
Head of Operations
Jonathan has over 3 decades of experience in engineering, management and directing quality/regulatory affairs. He has in-depth knowledge about growing businesses, connecting and building creative, collaborative relationships with vendors, customers and stakeholders.
Morgan Wright
Key Account Sales Manager
Morgan Wright has extensive experience in the medical device sales industry and is charged with finding new types of users for HealthLight products. Currently, she specializes in working with our veterans and the VA healthcare system.

Alison has over 4 years’ experience as a red-light specialist working with consumers. She came to HealthLight after seeing how much red-light therapy helped her brother’s chemo-induced Neuropathy. Alison is passionate about educating consumers on the benefits of red-light therapy, helping people get out of pain, and back to living the life they love.
